Default Suggestion for a new type of Alliance Battle

The Warzone:

Simple design, there are four starting bases (2 kurzick, 2 luxon) and 2 ressurect bases (both unclaimed at start) out in the warzone. The main objective here is to take over the other team's bases or destroy the other team's factories.

Types of Bases and their uses:
Starting bases- overall starting point and ressurect base if your others get captured.

Ressurect bases- on the field, allows the players to respawn closer to the combat zone.

Militairy bases- once captured they will spawn a total of 3 warriors to either defend the base or go with a player to attack.

Sniper Bases- once captured they will spawn 3 rangers to either defend the base or go with a player to attack (normally situated on high points)

Healer Bases- located near the factories, these will spawn 4 monks and are already in possession of luxon or kurzick at the start (depending on their location) total of 4 of these.

Factories- For kurzicks these will pump out 2 juggernaughts every minute and the juggernaughts will go out on a specific trail to meet the enemy forces. The luxon factories will pump out 2 turtles every minute and send them out to face the enemy forces. (if there are more then 4 war machines active at one time, the factories will not pump out any more)

Forces: (Npcs will ressurect at their base each minute if they die)
Rangers- Lvl 20 (Pin Down, Precision Shot, Troll Ungent, Melandru's Shot)

Warriors- Lvl 20(Power Attack, Sever Artery, Gash, Savage Slash)
Elite Warriors - Lvl 25(Power Attack, Sever Artery, Gash, Savage Slash, Healing Signet)

Monks- Lvl 20(Heaven's Delight, Orizon of Healing, Heal Area, Dismiss Condition, Heal Other)
Shaman- Lvl 24(Heal Other, Heal Area, Heaven's Delight, Healing Breeze, Protective Spirit, Blessed Light)

Juggernaught- Lvl 27(Juggernaught Toss, Juggernaught Throw, Aura of the Juggernaught)

Siege Turtle- Lvl 27(Siege Turtle Attack, Turtle Shell, *whatever skill that was that sends anyone nearby flying :P*)

How to capture:
Basic stuff, clear out all of the npcs on that base (or around it) and any enemies, then you go to your factory, get a piece of amber or jade from it and go back to the base *use the amber/jade to fuel the base's functions* and thus you have captured a base!

Ways to Win:
1. If you capture the enemy's factory then you automatically win no matter how many bases they have (this of course is very hard as the factory is positioned behind both of their starting bases and very near their monk bases)

2. If you capture all of the enemy's starting points you win.

3. Capture and hold all of the militairy, sniper, and rez bases in the combat zone and hold them for 60 seconds and you win.

4. If all the opposing team resigns.

5. If your destructive weapon (your turtle or your juggernaught) make it all the way to the enemy's factory and it is undefended (no weapon their) then you win.

To update Alliance Battles about a year and a half after they're implemented is really a stretch. I like the idea, but I'd rather see them work on GW2 than GW1.

same, I don't think they'd put it into gw1 but it's always worth a try in gw2 right?

What I'd like to see it's an alliance battle that actually requires 3 teams of 3 different guilds of the same alliance composed each one of 4 players of the same guild.

Real alliance vs alliance, instead the current alliegance vs alliegance.

The way it's used in-game, Alliance kind of has 2 different meanings. There's the Kurzick and the Luxon Alliance as their called in-game but then the smaller Alliances. I think the smaller of the two should have a separate name. Maybe like Pirates of the Burning Sea, call them Societies. I think that would fit.

Sorry for off-topic post, I just feel it should be addressed just to make sense.

They need more casual PvP like this in GW2. Their organized PvP sector is dying, and it's likely that GW2 won't even support much organized PvP, so they might as well make the AB type stuff better.
